Seawall has no free trial, so there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee instead. If it’s not for you, you get your money back.

How it works

• Ask within 30 days of buying. You don’t need a reason.
• You get the full price back, to the card or account you paid with.
• Your license key stops working once the refund is made.

How to ask

Write to hello@seawall.work from the email address you bought with, or send the order number from your receipt. We’ll ask Creem to refund it as soon as we read your message. How long it takes to show up on your statement depends on your bank or card.

Who handles the money

Payments go through Creem, which is the seller of record and sends your receipt. Refunds are paid out by Creem, and Creem’s buyer terms apply to the payment.

After 30 days

After the 30 days we don’t refund, except for a mistake on our side, like being charged twice. If something is really wrong with the app, write anyway and we’ll look at it. If the law where you live gives you more rights than this policy, you keep them.

The source code

The source code is free and open under the GPLv3, and it stays that way. You can always build it yourself. A refund only ends your license key for the signed build.
